hi all, i made it back from Breckenridge. Had a great weekend... we got some new snow while we were out there and man, i LOVE the powder. it makes it really fun on a snowboard and it's soooo quiet, it's really cool. It was windy thursday afternoon and saturday, but oh well... :)
We all ate at Eric's Downstairs, the pizza place. That is some tasty, cheesy pizza. Yum.

No swing dancing tonight cuz i'm going to Colorado!! I got my snowboard waxed and p-texed and I'm rarin' to go. mountains here i come!!!

I do love the winter, but I think I'm ready for spring. I want to get outside and do stuff without freezing my heiney off. I'm thinking about joining a gym though, so that would help my blahs and my cold bloodedness. We shall see.....

I watched the first episodes of Sopranos Season Five last night with Jt and Jp.. I'm kinda losing interest in it. The characters never grow or redeem themselves, they are all so self serving and violent. Yeesh.
I'm getting They Call Me Trinity from Netflix. C has been jonesing to watch it again and I've never seen it. :) We watched Judge Dredd the other night. Decent flick, their costumes were hilarious!
I'm hoping to get a bunch of paintings, greeting cards ready to sell at this local store. Keep your fingers crossed for me, I gotta get motivated!

Went dancing last night, it was fun, as usual. My dancing partner is a hoot. :) Too much fun.
Then we watched part of Easy Rider. I've never seen it before, but my dad had the record and my brother and I used to listen to it and dance around the living room. Haha!

I'll be chillin' like a villain this weekend, after C and I go to Benny's Sock Hop tomorrow night. Oughta be a good time. :) And we are going to Dick's first to exchange my Christmas present..... cuz it was mislabeled as a shirt, but it was pants.
My dear friend Big L. is in Canada working and freezing his buns off for a couple months. KK and I are going to have to go get dosas without him. *sigh* But we'll go again when Boss (that's what the waiter calls him at the Indian Cafe-haha!) gets back.
Have any of you seen this?? It's a good flick... I don't know that I could watch it over and over again, but it's interesting. Who had any idea those little guys walk/slide so far!! Love the baby penguins, especially the fat one that's getting pretty big, but still trying to sit under his mom. ha!
Went to the dentist this a.m. for a crown. That was a treat. I don't enjoy drilling in my mouth. *sigh* Ah well, such is life, eh?
C and I went dancing last night. Good times as usual. The RumbleJetts are a fun band. :) And Ben is having a Sock Hop, niiiiiiiiiiiiiice. Complete with a Hot Dog stand and Popcorn machine. He's funny...

Mine were great. I missed C while he was gone, but I got quite a bit done really... I did some new paintings, which I'll post eventually, and I saw some movies. Got my apartment more settled...
I saw Memoirs of a Geisha Friday. I really liked it. I feel like I should read the book again to refresh my memory, but that probably won't happen any time soon. :) I want to get some paintings done and see if I can sell them through some local stores...
I can't remember if I blogged this, but my little brother and his girlfriend are having a baby. Yay! I'll be an aunt again!! She's nervous too because she's a fraternal twin so she has a decent chance of having twins herself. I can't even imagine that!!!
Got to see my nephew, E, over Christmas. He's a honey. :) He had an ear infection, but he was still fairly chipper, poor little guy.
I've started a list of things to do and places to go on a website... now i have to do some of them so i can check them off! :)
